Finishing school is a huge milestone and your school formal is a night full of excitement, glamour and celebration.
As a photographer, there's nothing quite as special as capturing this milestone and showcasing your unique style and personality.
Booking a photo shoot pre-formal will ensure that you and your family will have stunning visual memories for years to come. I understand that these events are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and it is my goal to make sure that you have beautiful photos to remember them by.
Bronze Package
Forty-five minute photoshoot with 10 digital images in both high resolution and web quality delivered via private online gallery.

Silver Package
One hour photo shoot with 25 digital images in both high resolution and web quality delivered via private online gallery

Gold Package
Ninety minute photo shoot with 30 digital images in both high resolution and web quality delivered via private online gallery. Two 8x12" frame mounted Lustre prints of your choice presented in a boutique box.

All images presented are retouched with no watermarks. High resolution images are suitable for printing.
School Formal package fees include travel to your location of choice (within a 20km radius from 4037), a private online gallery for easy download and a pre-session consultation.
All School Formal packages do not include horses. Please see the Horse & Rider packages is you wish to include your horses in your school formal photo shoot.
All school formal packages include complimentary photostrips.

Gift Voucher
A gift voucher is the perfect gift for that horse-loving family member or friend. Vouchers can be purchased for a package or for a dollar amount that the receiver can put toward a session. The gift voucher will be presented in a beautiful gift folder.

Whether you want prints for an album or to frame, you can order additional prints as an add-on to your package. I use a local specialist printer who prints in a range of sizes on a variety of quality papers.

Frame mounts
You can purchase your printed images pre-mounted in a sturdy frame mat board ready for framing or to display.

- 7x5" print in a 8x10" mount; and
- 8x12" print in 11x14 mount
Hand-torn edge frame mounts are also available.

FAQ
Where do you travel to?
I am available to travel! I provide formal photography within the North Brisbane region, from the City to North Lakes and all suburbs between, such as Albany Creek, Samford, Mitchelton, Ferny Grove, Kelvin Grove and more. Travel within a 20km radius of Eatons Hill is included in the package fee. Travel further afield may incur additional mileage fees and can be discussed at the time of booking.
How should I prepare myself?
If our photo shoot is scheduled for the day of your school formal, I recommend booking for after your hair and make-up is complete. Allow plenty of time for the photo shoot before your school formal so you are not rushing.
If mum, dad or other family members will be joining you in the photos, make sure they are ready too.
Some clients like to have their photo shoot on the day of their hair and make-up trial, which is also a great idea if you think you will be short of time on your actual formal day/night.
What if it rains?
If it is raining the day on the day of your formal, I recommend thinking of an indoor location such as your home or the lobby of your formal venue. It's always a great idea to have a Plan B!
I will be in touch the day before if rain is predicted.
Do I have to order prints through you?
If you are wanting high quality prints, canvas or albums I can assist you with the ordering process through a professional print lab. This service is included with the Gold package and printing is an add-on option to any of my packages.
If you do wish to print your high resolution images yourself, I highly recommend professional printing (you'll notice the difference compared to a print kiosk). I strongly recommend getting prints to display and treasure as art in your home, not just to share on social media!
How and when will I receive my images?
My standard turn around time is 3-4 weeks. This includes editing and gallery creation. You will receive an email with a link to your private, custom online gallery from which you can easily download your digital files onto your computer.
If you have ordered prints, please allow 4-6 weeks for professional prints to be proofed, printed and delivered. Where possible, I will personally deliver your prints after reviewing their quality.
